Engr. Babatunde Oluwaseun Faleye is a chartered professional civil engineer. He has a National Diploma and higher national diploma in civil engineering from Lagos State Polytechnic and Yaba College of Technology respectively; he earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in project management at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) ‘Lagos satellite institute’ and thereafter studied at the university of south wales (formally university of Glamorgan) U.K. where he had his bachelors in civil engineering (hons).
Babatunde Oluwaseun Faleye is a recipient of the prestigious institute of structural engineers (Istructe) wales jubilee prize of excellence; the best B.Sc civil engineering structures 2005 student prize and the United Kingdom institute of structural engineers (Istructe) young researcher’s 2008 conference third poster presentation prize on his PhD research presentation titled “the strengthening and rehabilitation of metallic structural elements with Frp composites”
He is a member of the Nigerian society of engineers (NSE) and listed with council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria (COREN); the institute of civil engineers (ice) U.K.; institute of structural engineers (Istructe) U.K. and the American society of civil engineers (ASCE).
He was a part time research instructor at the University of South Wales (usw) U.K. where he is presently on break in expectation of his doctorate in civil engineering. He is on the board of United States – Africa (usaf) global business development centre and is the chairman of FIBIS Nigeria limited.
